How much does AI consulting cost?
The AI assessment and roadmap starts at USD 1,500. Pilots are quoted separately at a fixed price: a chatbot starts at USD 2,000, a workflow automation at USD 1,500 / workflow and an AI agent connected to your systems at USD 6,000.
What if the assessment finds nothing worth building?
Then the report says so and explains why. You keep the process map and the list of quick wins that don't need AI at all.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?
No. Most of the businesses we work with don't have one. We explain options in plain language and handle the build, hosting and monitoring.
Which AI models do you use?
Mostly OpenAI and Anthropic models through their APIs, chosen per use case by quality, speed and cost. We design each system so you can switch models later.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use API plans where your data is not used for training and limit each system's access to the data it needs.
