The problem
The clinic serves clients across six towns in the valley and was competing in Google against salons that only had Instagram. It needed to rank for treatment and town searches and turn those visits into appointments.
What we found
Clients search by treatment and by town, for example microneedling in Trelew or a facial in Puerto Madryn. There was no page per treatment or per town that Google could show, and prices and booking weren't easy to find.
What we planned
One page per treatment, a price list with structured data, a landing page for each town in the valley and a blog with original content about skincare in Patagonian weather. Booking through WhatsApp, to avoid extra steps.
What we built
We designed a 28-URL site focused on the valley: one page per treatment (deep facial cleansing, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, rosacea, hydration), a price list marked up with OfferCatalog and Offer, six landings under /cosmiatra/{town}, a blog with original content about Patagonian weather and skin, and a contact page with an embedded Google Map. The BeautySalon schema includes geo coordinates, opening hours and service areas; robots.txt allows AI crawlers and the site ships an llms.txt and a PWA manifest. Appointments are requested via WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
