The problem
The practice needed local patients in Trelew and, at the same time, online-therapy inquiries from other Argentine provinces, Mexico and Spanish speakers in the US, without diluting local rankings or duplicating content across countries.
What we found
There were two different audiences: patients in Trelew looking for in-person sessions, and people in other provinces and countries looking for online therapy. Each group searches with different words, and a single page couldn't serve both without diluting local rankings.
What we planned
Split the content by market (Argentina, Mexico and the US Hispanic community) with hreflang instead of duplicating it, add a page per Argentine city and per service, and keep one simple contact channel: WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
What we built
We built a Next.js site with three content trees (/, /mx, /us) linked with es-AR, es-MX and es-US hreflang plus x-default, a sitemap index per market, eleven Argentine city landings and six service pages with unique content. Every page carries structured data (Person, MedicalBusiness, MedicalTherapy, professional credentials, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList), a dynamic social image per market, a robots.txt that allows AI crawlers and an llms.txt with credentials and a per-jurisdiction legal notice. Every call to action opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message.
