Who is responsible

What we collect and why
Contact data: when you message us on WhatsApp or by email we receive your name, phone number or email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and prepare an estimate (pre-contractual steps at your request). We keep it for the duration of the business relationship or until you ask us to delete it.
Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records page views, device, approximate country and traffic source in aggregate, using _ga cookies. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the button on this page. Without your consent, Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode (Consent Mode) and does not identify your browser.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. This site has no sign-up forms and processes no payment data.
Who else has access
Service providers acting as processors: Vercel (hosting, United States), Google (Google Analytics, United States and European Union) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you choose that channel). International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks. We do not share data with other third parties unless legally required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to 22.javier.fernandez@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
United States: state privacy laws such as the CCPA do not apply to us by volume, but we honor access and deletion requests regardless. Canada: PIPEDA applies, and Quebec's Law 25 where relevant; we do not send unsolicited commercial email (CASL). European Union and Spain: the GDPR and LSSI apply; you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Argentina: Law 25.326 applies and the supervisory authority is the AAIP. Uruguay: Law 18.331 applies and the authority is the URCDP.
