Do you charge GST/HST?
No. We're a non-resident supplier invoicing from Argentina, so our invoices don't include Canadian taxes. Your accountant can advise on any self-assessment that applies to imported services.
Do you work in French?
Not at the moment. We deliver in English and Spanish. For projects that need French (for example Quebec consumer sites under Law 14), we can coordinate with a French-language partner you choose.
How do time zones work with Western Canada?
Argentina is 4-5 hours ahead of Pacific Time, so our afternoon overlaps with a Vancouver morning. We schedule meetings in that window and keep asynchronous updates for the rest.
Who owns the code?
Your company. Contracts include NDA and full IP assignment, and you have repository access from the start.
